CRM Setup — Gautam Hans
CRM Setup

One place where every lead, deal and follow-up lives.

A CRM configured around how your team actually sells: real pipeline stages, clean data, clear owners and reporting you trust. Platform chosen to fit your process, not a reseller commission.

  • Platform-agnostic setup
  • Built around your sales process
  • Clean data, real reporting

30 minutes. No pitch-fest. You leave with a roadmap either way.

The problem

Your pipeline lives in a spreadsheet, three inboxes and one person’s head.

  • Nobody agrees on how many live deals you actually have.
  • Leads get worked twice, or never worked at all.
  • The CRM you already pay for is half-filled and ignored.
  • Forecasting is guesswork because nobody trusts the data.
What changes

What you actually get out of this.

A single source of truth

Every lead, conversation and deal in one system your team actually opens. No reconciling three spreadsheets before a sales review.

A pipeline that reflects reality

Stages that match how you really sell, from new enquiry through qualified, quote sent and won. You can finally see where deals stall and why.

Reporting you can act on

Lead source, conversion by stage and rep activity in one dashboard. The argument about which channel works becomes a question you can answer.

Adoption, not shelfware

A CRM only pays for itself if people use it. We keep fields minimal, automate the boring data entry and train the team on their own live deals.

How it works

Built into a system — not bolted on.

Most providers sell crm setup as a standalone deliverable. I build it as part of your growth engine, so every channel, page, and campaign works toward the same outcome: predictable revenue.

1

Map how you actually sell

I work through your real sales process: who does what, what gets asked on every call, where deals stall. The CRM gets built to that, not to a template.

2

Choose the right platform

HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel or the licence you already own. The pick is driven by your process, team size and budget, and I tell you when the cheaper option is enough.

3

Configure and migrate

Pipeline stages, custom fields, lead sources, owners and permissions. Existing contacts imported, deduplicated and tagged, so you start on clean data.

4

Train the team and lock the habit

Live training on real deals, a simple weekly pipeline review format, and a dashboard your team can run the week from.

What’s included
  • Platform recommendation based on your process, team and budget
  • Pipeline stages, custom fields and lead sources configured
  • Website forms, ad lead forms and enquiries piped straight in
  • Contact migration with deduplication and clean tagging
  • Owner, permission and notification rules for your team
  • Reporting dashboard plus live training for every user
This is for you if
  • You’re running sales out of spreadsheets, WhatsApp and email.
  • You’re a founder who can’t see the pipeline without asking someone.
  • You’re a team that bought a CRM and never finished setting it up.
  • You’re about to add salespeople and need a system in place first.
FAQ

CRM Setup, answered.

Scope drives it: number of pipelines, how much data has to be migrated, how many people need training, and how many tools plug in. A single-pipeline build for a small sales team is quick. A multi-team migration is not. You get a fixed scope and a number after the call.

Two to four weeks for most businesses. Process mapping and platform choice come first, then configuration and migration, then training. Your team is usually working live deals in the new system inside the first month.

CRM setup fails when it is treated as an IT job. The hard part is sales process design, not clicking through settings. I build it as a commercial system and you deal with me directly, not a junior account manager learning on your account.

Usually not. In most cases we rebuild on the licence you already have, which saves the migration and the new subscription. I only recommend switching platforms when the current one genuinely cannot support how you sell.

Admin access to your current tools, your existing contact data in whatever state it is in, and one person from sales who knows how deals really move. Two or three working calls, then training for the team.
