Your website is either earning its keep or quietly costing you.
Most Canadian business sites are brochures with a contact form bolted on. They look professional and generate almost nothing. A site that works is built backwards from the enquiry you want, and it does not take three months to ship.
Typically live in about 72 hours.
Signs your site is costing you money
A site does not have to be ugly to be failing. Most of the ones I rebuild looked perfectly respectable and simply were not built to do a job.
- ✕Plenty of traffic, almost no enquiries
- ✕Slow on mobile, where most of your visitors are
- ✕No indication of which cities or provinces you actually serve
- ✕No proof anywhere: no results, no reviews, no specifics
- ✕You cannot update a page without calling a developer
- ✕Invisible in search beyond your own brand name
Every one of these is fixable, and most of the gain comes from decisions made before any design work starts.
What we build
Different jobs need different builds. The common thread is that each page has one purpose.
Business and service sites
For consultants, manufacturers, healthcare, legal and professional services. Built to establish credibility fast and turn interest into a booked conversation.
Service area pages that rank
Real pages for the metros you sell into, which is the cheapest search visibility available to a Canadian business.
Landing pages for campaigns
Single purpose pages for Google, Meta and LinkedIn traffic. Sending paid clicks to a homepage is the most expensive habit in marketing.
eCommerce
Shopify, WooCommerce or custom, chosen on fit rather than preference.
Built to be found
Server rendered, structured data, clean architecture and fast. SEO and AI readability are part of the build, not a later project.
Connected to your systems
Forms wired into your CRM, analytics configured properly, and automated follow up so enquiries do not sit unread.
The 72 hour launch
Quick because the thinking happens before the building, not instead of it.
Discovery
Your business, buyers, competitors and what genuinely sets you apart. Also what the site has to achieve, in numbers.
Design and build
Pages designed and built around speed, clarity and conversion, including any campaign pages you need.
Launch and connect
Live with analytics, tracking, forms and CRM connected, so the site is measurable and following up from the first visitor.
The dashboards, not the adjectives.
Screenshots straight out of the ad accounts and search consoles. Every number below came from a real campaign, not a case study written after the fact.

Businesses I work with in Canada
Sectors where this work reliably pays back. If yours is not listed, it is still worth asking.
Website Development in Canada
For a focused business site with content ready and scope agreed, yes. Website projects rarely take three months because of build time. They take three months because of waiting: on decisions, on copy, on approvals. Compress that and the build itself is quick. Large custom platforms are a different conversation and I will say so.
It depends on who updates it and what it has to do. WordPress for control and content volume, Shopify when you are selling products, custom when requirements are genuinely unusual. I get paid for the outcome, not the platform.
If you sell into Quebec, seriously consider it, and note there are legal requirements around French language commercial content in the province. It is not just a translation job either: a proper French version needs its own URLs and hreflang so search engines serve the right one. Worth scoping honestly rather than bolting on a widget.
That is the risk in any rebuild and where most projects lose money silently. URLs get mapped and redirected, structure preserved where it is earning, and search performance watched after launch. Losing rankings in a redesign is avoidable, not inevitable.
Yes, all of it, from day one. Ad accounts, analytics, CRM, domain, code and creative are set up under your ownership. If we stop working together you keep everything running, with no handover fee and no assets held hostage. It is your business, not my portfolio.
